- Threaten or coerce employees in order to discourage support for the union.
- Spy on union activities.
- Ask you about your union activities and opinion.
- Fire, transfer or demote employees for union activities.
- Threaten to close the facility if the union is voted in.
- Bribe the employees to vote against the union.
- Deny employees the right to vote for the union.

The United States government guarantees your absolute right to;
- Help form or join a union.
- Bargain over wages, benefits, and working conditions with your employer.
- Wear union buttons, T-shirts, stickers, or other items on the job.
- Attend meetings to discuss joining a union.
- Talk about the union during work time, as long as it doesn’t interfere with work.
- Distribute union literature, on lunch or on breaks, on or off the company property.
