In order to facilitate higher turnout and efficient use of member dues, improve operations and make updates, the Executive Board is presenting the following SEIU Local 284 Constitution and Bylaw amendments.

In the proposal:
(1) underlined and red language is new language that would be added to the SEIU Local 284 Constitution and Bylaws; (2) struck through and red language is current language that would be removed from the SEIU Local 284 Constitution and Bylaws; and (3) plain language is current SEIU Local 284 Constitution and Bylaws language that would remain in the SEIU Local 284 Constitution and Bylaws.

The bylaws have successfully completed all required readings and votes and have now advanced to the international union for final review and approval.
